The Addy Grace Foundation (AGF) is a nonprofit public charity dedicated to raising awareness and supporting newly diagnosed families who are suffering from SMA .  All donations that are received will go to support newly diagnosed families and children that are affected by SMA. AGF appreciates all of the support and help you give the families that suffer from this horrible disease.
